Gin Rush
- Muddle 3 mint sprigs, 1.5 Tablespoons sugar, 1 Tablespoon lime juice and 1 large strawberry
- Fill glass with ice
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Botanical Gin
- Top with soda
Bees Knees
- Fill glass with ice
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Botanical Gin
- 1 oz Honey Simple Syrup*
- 2 fresh lemon wedges, squeezed
- Top with lemonade
- Garnish with lemon wedge
Blackberry Fizz
- Fill glass with ice
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Botanical Gin
- 5 whole blackberries or spoonful of thawed
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- ½ of a lime, juiced
- Top with equal parts Sprite & Soda
- Garnish with lime wedge
Gin Blossom
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Botanical Gin
- 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup*
- Top with Grapefruit Juice
- Shake all ingredients, pour over ice. Garnish with fresh Rosemary sprig and Grapefruit wedge.
Old Fashioned Ayer
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Barrel Rested Gin
- 5 dashes Plum Bitters
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 1 Orange Slice
- 1 Bada Bing Cherry
- Top with a Press
- Add Barrel Rested Gin, bitters, sugar cube and orange slice into a glass and muddle together.
- Add the Bada Bing Cherry and juice from spoon to the glass and bruise the cherry (leaving mostly intact).
- Fill the glass with ice and top with a Press (or soda only or Sprite only, your preference).
Countryside Spiced Pear
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Barrel Rested Gin
- 1 oz Spiced Pear Syrup*
- 1.5 oz pear juice
- Top with soda
- Shake barrel rested gin, spiced pear syrup, and pear juice over ice. Pour contents of shaker into a glass, top with soda.
- Garnish with spiced pear cubes on a pick.
Apple Valley Gin & Honey
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1.5 ounces apple juice
- 3/4 ounce Honey Syrup*
- Splash of Soda
- Pour all ingredients into glass (minus soda), stir. Add ice. Top with a splash of soda.
- Garnish with an apple slice
Flatiron Fizz
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup*
- Top with soda
- Pour all ingredients over ice.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wedge
Berry & Thyme Gin Finney
- 1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz Berry Thyme Syrup*
- 1 oz white cranberry juice
- 1 lime wedge, squeezed
- Top w/ soda
- Pour all ingredients over ice and stir.
- Garnish with a thyme sprig
South Park Spiced and Sunny Gin & Tonic
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1 oz Spiced Syrup*
- ¾ oz Orange Juice
- Half of an Orange wedge, squeezed
- Top w/ Tonic
- In a glass filled w/ ice, add all ingredients and stir to incorporate syrup.
- Garnish with an orange wedge studded with whole cloves
Metzen Gin Mojito
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Botanical Gin
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- Soda
- Lightly muddle mint, simple syrup, and lime juice in the bottom
- of a glass. Fill with ice. Pour in Gin and top with Soda. Stir.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
Ratzlaff Raspberry and Rosewater Gin
- 2 oz Rush Creek Botanical Gin
- 2 oz Ratzlaff Mix*
- 4 Raspberries
- Muddle one raspberry on the bottom of a rocks glass, top with ice.
- Shake all remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 5 seconds only.
- Pour over the ice, stir lightly, then top with 3 fresh raspberries and a rose petal.
Jackman Gin Rush
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Botanical Gin
- 1 oz Strawberry Mint Simple Syrup*
- ½ of a lime, squeezed
- In a glass filled w/ ice, add all ingredients and stir to incorporate syrup.
- Top with Soda
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice and mint sprig
Ferris Plum Gin Fizz
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Botanical Gin
- 1 oz Plum Syrup*
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice
- Top with Tonic
- Pour all ingredients over ice and give a quick stir or toss
- Garnish with a Lemon Wheel
Sinderson Spiced Pear Sipper
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Barrel Rested Gin
- 2 oz Spiced Pear Syrup*
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- Top with Soda
- Add all ingredients to glass filled with ice and give a quick stir
- Garnish with a floating Lemon Wheel
Leif Green Gin
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Botanical Gin
- 1.5 oz Matcha Simple Syrup
- 1 lemon wedge, squeezed
- Top with Soda
- Add Gin, Matcha Simple Syrup, and lemon juice to a glass, give a quick stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with Soda.
