- Fill glass with ice
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Vodka
- ¼ of a lime, juiced
- Top with ginger beer

Vodka Party Girl
- Fill glass with ice
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Vodka
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Top with Tonic
- Garnish with a lime wedge
RCD Pink Rush
- Muddle 1-2 large strawberries in a glass
- Fill glass with ice
- Add 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Vodka
- Top with lemonade
- Dump into shaker to thoroughly mix
- Garnish with lemon wedge and fresh strawberry slice
Blueberry Bliss
- 1 oz Cucumber Mint Syrup
- Mint (for muddling)
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Craft Vodka
- 2 Lemon wedge squeezes
- 1 spoonful blueberries
- Splash of lemonade
- Top w/ either Sprite or Soda, depending on sweetness preference
- Garnish with mint
Vodka Sting
- 1.5 oz Jalapeño Vodka
- 2 oz Mango Pineapple Mix*
- .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice (half of a lime, squeezed)
- Top with Soda
- Pour over ice
- Garnish with a fresh jalapeño slice
Hibiscus Hayes
- .25 oz Rush Creek Jalapeño Infused Vodka
- 1.25 oz Rush Creek Craft Vodka
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup*
- Fill a lowball cocktail glass with ice and add Jalapeño Vodka, Original Craft Vodka, Pineapple Juice and Hibiscus Simple Syrup.
- Stir/toss to mix
- Top with soda (or Sprite if you like it sweeter)
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and jalapeño slice
Spicy Maxon Mule
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Jalapeño Infused Vodka
- 6 cilantro leaves
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 of a lime, juiced
- Ginger beer
- Muddle the cilantro (just enough to release oil/fragrance) and lime juice together in the bottom of a tumbler or copper mug before filling with ice. Pour Jalapeño Vodka over the ice, followed by pineapple juice. Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with extra cilantro and jalapeño slice.
The Cucumber Dewey
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Jalapeño Infused Vodka
- 1 oz Cucumber Simple Syrup*
- Splash of lime juice
- Top with soda
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until cold/mixed, and pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
Malabar Blaine
- 1 oz Rush Creek Craft Vodka
- .5 oz Malabar Spiced Liqueur
- .5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Tonic water
- Add all of the ingredients together in a glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with sliced strawberries, grapefruit, lemons, and cucumber.
Chocolate Jalapeño Rita
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Jalapeño Infused Vodka
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Chocolate Margarita Syrup*
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, over ice. Shake, shake, shake. Pour contents of shaker into glass. Garnish with a cherry and jalapeño slice
French Drive Pumpkin Pie
- 3.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup
- .5 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 Spoonful Pumpkin Puree
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, over ice. Shake, shake, shake. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon sprinkle.
Oak Grove Grape
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Craft Vodka
- 1 oz Grape Syrup*
- .5 lime, squeezed
- Top with soda and garnish with a lime wedge
King Cran
- 1.5 ounces Rush Creek Craft Vodka
- 2.5 ounces Cranberry Granita*
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Topped with ginger beer. Garnish with an orange slice and 3 floating cranberries
Mansion Heights Cider Mule
- ¾ Malabar Cider Mule Mix*
- Top with ginger beer
- After adding ice to a glass, fill ¾ with Malabar Cider Mule Mix and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge
Rose Lane Cranberry Martini
- 2 oz Rush Creek Craft Vodka
- 2 oz Cranberry Syrup*
- 2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (1 whole lemon)
- Shake all ingredients over ice and strain.
- Garnish with floating cranberries
Jalapeño Sumner
- 1.5 oz Jalapeño Vodka
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ orange, juiced
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Top w/ Soda
- Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange slice and jalapeño ring
Cold Brew Martini
- 3 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
- 2 oz. Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. Irish Cream*
- Fill a cocktail shaker with lots of ice, pour in coffee, vodka & splash of Irish cream-shake INTENSELY (crucial to create foam) for 30 seconds. Garnish with Whipped Cream
Stateline Berry Smash
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 heaping spoonful blueberries -OR- cherries (blueberry pie/cherry pie filling)
- 2 lemon wedges, squeezed
- 3 dashes cinnamon
- Top with a Press
- Add all ingredients to the bottom of a glass and muddle. Fill glass with ice and top with a Press.
- Toss or stir.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and one dash of cinnamon
McComb Malabar Punch
- ¾ oz Rush Creek Vanilla Vodka
- ¾ oz Malabar
- 1 Cherry plus a spoonful of cherry juice
- Orange slice, squeezed
- Top w/ a Press
- Pour all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with an orange slice

- Topped with Soda
- Shake Vodka, Malabar, Grapefruit juice, and Rosemary Simple Syrup over ice. Pour into a glass and top with Soda.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge
Cal’s Coffee Martini
- 4 oz Rush Creek Distilling Coffee Vodka
- .5 oz Cream
- Shake VIGOROUSLY to create foam on top
- Garnish with a sprinkle of coffee grounds
No Brain-ard Vanilla Vodka Mule
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Distilling Vanilla Infused Vodka
- 2 orange wedges
- 1 lime, juiced
- Ginger beer
- In the bottom of glass, muddle orange wedges and add lime juice. Fill the glass with ice and add Vanilla Vodka. Top with ginger beer and stir/toss to mix.
- Garnish with an orange wedge
Pineapple Island Punch
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka
- Pineapple Island Punch Mix*
- Soda
- Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka and punch, top with a splash of soda.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry
Sandy Ct. Spicy Peach Honey Spritz
- 1.25 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka
- .25 oz Rush Creek Jalapeño Vodka
- 2 oz Housemade Honey Peach Syrup*
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Top w/ a Press
- Pour all ingredients over ice and give a quick stir or toss
- Garnish with 3 floating jalapeño slices
York Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Martini
- 3.5 oz Rush Creek Coffee Vodka
- 2 oz Peppermint White Chocolate Cold Foam*
- SHAKE all ingredients vigorously over ice, strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream and peppermint candy cane pieces
Molly Matcha Martini
- 3 oz Rush Creek Vanilla Vodka
- 1.5 oz melted vanilla bean ice cream
- 1.5 oz Matcha Simple Syrup
- Add all ingredients to a shaker, filled with ice. Shake intensively to create foam. Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of Matcha powder on top
Sumner Spicy Pineapple Margarita
- 2 oz Rush Creek Jalapeño Vodka (for less spicy, use 1 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka and 1 oz Rush Creek Jalapeño Vodka)
- 1 oz agave
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- Topped with pineapple juice
- Fill a single glass with ice, add all ingredients and dump into a shaker.
- Shake vigorously and return to glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and floating jalapeño slices
Crowley Iced Coffee
- 2.5 oz Rush Creek Coffee Vodka
- Topped with cold brew coffee
- 2 heaping spoonfuls of Cold Foam*
- Fill a single glass with ice, add Rush Creek Coffee Vodka and top with cold brew coffee, leaving enough room to add the Cold Foam. Give it a few, GENTLE up/down stirs so that the cold foam isn’t sitting on top, but do NOT mix completely. Stir just enough so that the foam falls, creating an ombre effect.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of coffee grounds
Lindwall Lavender Lemonade
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Lavender Syrup*
- Topped with lemonade
- Add a splash of soda water to give it some fizz
- Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Give it a quick stir or toss.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
White Rush N
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Vanilla Vodka
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Coffee Vodka
- Topped with cream
- In a rocks glass filled with ice, add Rush Creek Vanilla Vodka and Rush Creek Coffee Vodka. Top with cream (leave separated/don’t stir).
Bloody Mary
- 1.5 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka or Rush Creek Jalapeño Vodka
- Bloody Mary Mix*
- Fill glass with ice, add Vodka and top with Mix.
- Add optional Tabasco, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Garnish with a beef stick, olive, pickle, mushroom, pearl onion, asparagus spear, brussels sprout and okra.
Dirty Martini
- Fill a martini glass with ice and water while you prepare the cocktail to chill the glass.
- 2.5 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka*
- Splash of Olive Juice
- Optional splash of Dry Vermouth
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold. Dump contents of chilled glass out and strain martini into glass.
- Garnish with two blue cheese stuffed olives, skewered
Gimlet
- 2.5 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka*
- 1 oz Simple Syrup**
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and add all ingredients. Give a quick stir or toss.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
Lemonade Shake-Up
- 3 oz Rush Creek Original Craft Vodka or Jalapeño Vodka*
- Half of a lemon
- Sugar
- 1 cup lemonade
- 3 cups water
- Squeeze the lemon into a shaker
- Fill the lemon hull 2/3rds full of sugar and drop into the shaker with juice
- Add your choice of Rush Creek Craft Spirit
- Fill the shaker with ice, lemonade and water
- Shake
- Pour everything into a glass, including the lemon hull
Sugar Cookie Martini
- 1 oz Rush Creek Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Rush Creek Coffee Vodka
- .5 oz Simple Syrup*
- 1.5 oz Sugar Cookie Liqueur*
